Make a Reservation
Please make your reservation through the Room Reservation System.
- Log in with your THERS account.
Start Using the Room
When your reservation time arrives, please retrieve the key for your reserved room from the key deposit machine on the 2nd floor of the Central Library. Even for open spaces without locks, such as the Seminar Room, Discovery Square, and Satellite Lab, you must complete the check-in procedure using the key deposit machine.
- If check-in has not been completed within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. If you anticipate a delay in starting your reservation, please modify your booking in advance.
- Only the person who made the reservation can retrieve the room key.
- A student or staff ID card is required to operate the machine. Please be sure to bring it.
- You can only retrieve the key for the room you reserved.
- Returning the key to the key deposit machine will immediately end your session. You will not be able to use the room again, even if it is within your reserved time. Please be aware of this when using the facility.
- Keys cannot be taken outside the library.
- Remote controls for projectors and conversion cables are available at the circulation desk.
End Using the Room
- Finish using the room and lock it before your reserved time ends.
- Return the key to its original slot in the key deposit machine.
- Only the person who made the reservation may return the key.
- Please strictly observe your reservation end time to avoid inconveniencing others.
- If you wish to continue using the room, please return the key first, and then make a new reservation.
